I’ve come a long way to help you get home. After growing up in New Jersey, I lived in San Francisco, Honolulu, Tokyo and Ho Chi Minh City before settling in Charlotte, North Carolina 8 years ago and entering the mortgage industry. My years of self-employment and broad world experience makes me a great problem solver and planner. Whether Conventional, FHA, USDA, VA or all the Non-Qm loan programs such as Bank Statement and Investor Debt Service Coverage Ratio, I’m comfortable and competent explaining how the guidelines and process works and offering you the programs that fit your individual path to home ownership. I will always be there from Pre-approval through to closing, monitoring the loan so you can rest assured your bases are covered on financing.
